WindowStill is seeking talented and motivated photographers to join our dynamic team. As a commission-based photographer, you will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with clients to capture high-quality media that showcases diverse properties. Real estate photography experience is not mandatory. This role is remote in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to assess their media service needs.
2. Plan and execute professional photo shoots for residential and commercial properties.
3. Utilize professional photography equipment and techniques to achieve optimal media quality.
4. Deliver high-quality media within agreed timelines.
5. Maintain an organized workflow, including file management and backups.
6. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
7. Travel to various locations as required for property photography.

Requirements:

1. Professional equipment (DSLR camera, wide-angle lens, tripod).
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Reliable transportation and punctuality for site visits.
4. Stable internet connection for same-day media uploads.
