WindowStill is seeking talented and motivated photographers to join our dynamic team. As a commission-based photographer, you will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with clients to capture high-quality media that highlights the unique features of various properties. Real Estate Photography experience is not mandatory; drone photography experience is highly preferred.

This role is remote in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to assess their media needs.
• Plan and execute professional photo shoots for residential and commercial properties.
• Use professional photography equipment and techniques to ensure media quality.
• Deliver media within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain organized workflows, including file management and backups.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Travel to various locations as needed for property shoots.

Requirements:

• Own professional equipment (DSLR camera, wide-angle lens, tripod).
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for travel.
• Stable internet connection for same-day media uploads.
• Adherence to WindowStill’s quality standards.
• Ability to work independently.

Create your own schedule with consistent hours, perform services without conflicts of interest, and maintain professional relationships with realtors and real estate companies. Travel to scheduled locations for shoots.
