Job summary

Walgreens photo department is hiring a specialist to deliver expert photo services and digital passport photos, while supporting customer service transactions at the checkout. You will own the department's inventory, organize supplies, monitor stock levels, and ensure product availability to meet customer needs.

You will promote photo products and services, assist customers at checkout, and handle transactions and refunds accurately.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

Engages customers and patients at the photo counter with warmth and purpose by greeting them, proactively offering assistance, and identifying needs to provide personalized products and services.
Models and reinforce customer-obsessed behaviors and service best practices across the team to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and maintaining records.
