Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer service transactions at the store. You will own the photo department’s inventory, supplies, and readiness, while promoting photo products and supporting merchandising initiatives to maintain a clean, safe, and customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefers six months of retail experience.
• Prefers Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, accurate service in the photo department and promote photo products and services.
• Process transactions including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks with cash handling.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department.
• Support merchandising and seasonal setups, inventory activities, and store appearance.
