Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Retail experience preferred, Walgreens experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, identifying needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Models customer-obsessed behaviors to deliver a distinctive, delightful experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate service in the photo department, including digital passport photos.
• Recommends photo products, services, upgrades, and companion items to drive sales.
• Processes transactions accurately with cash handling and returns/exchanges.
• Owns photo department inventory, supplies, and readiness to meet demand.
• Fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with timeliness and accuracy.
• Provides support for FedEx, Western Union, and other services per policy.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations.
• Keeps the photo department clean, organized, and well-merchandised.
• Supports merchandising, display maintenance, and seasonal setups.
• Cross-trains team members to ensure coverage during shifts.
• Follows policies and safety standards to maintain a secure environment.
• Collaborates with team members to support store objectives.
