• Model customer-obsessed behaviors and service best practices across the team.
• Deliver courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photos.
• Recommend products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Own inventory, supplies, and organization of the photo department and monitor forecasted demand.
• Process and fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders promptly.
• Provide customer support for services like FedEx, Western Union, and related offerings.
