Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, including digital passport photos and support for order fulfillment. The role owns the photo department's inventory, maintains supplies, and ensures product availability to meet customer needs.

You will assist at checkout, promote photo products, and support merchandising while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth, greet customers, identify needs, and provide personalized photo products and services.
• Own inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Process transactions accurately including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Promote photo products and services and support merchandising, special displays, and seasonal setups.
• Provide customer support for FedEx, Western Union, and other services while following policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe photo department and collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
