Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth and identify needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Own the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and maintaining records.
• Process photo, online, and web pickup orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide customer support for services including FedEx, Western Union, and other offerings while complying with policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and support store appearance and standards.
• Collaborate with team members and assist merchandising execution and cross-training as needed.
