Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, identifying needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Models service excellence and maintains a distinctive customer experience across the team.
• Delivers courteous, accurate service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotions.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Owns photo department inventory and ensures product availability and proper record-keeping.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and supports merchandising efforts.
• Collaborates with team members and supports training to ensure adequate coverage.
