Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer service transactions at the photo counter. You will own the workflow, inventory, and readiness of the department to ensure product availability and a seamless customer experience.

You will engage customers, promote photo products, and process transactions accurately while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-merchandised area.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth and identify needs for personalized products.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and readiness of the photo department to meet demand.
• Process transactions accurately and support cash handling and returns.
• Promote and upsell photo products and services to drive sales.
• Fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support FedEx, Western Union, and other services per policy and procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and store systems functioning; assist merchandising and resets.
