You will own the photo department's inventory, maintain supplies, and ensure product availability to meet customer needs. The role involves promoting photo products, processing transactions, and collaborating with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, accurate, and efficient service at the photo counter and assist customers with photo services.
• Promote photo products and services to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks; adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Own inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department; monitor inventory and forecast demand.
• Process and fulfill photo orders, online orders, and web pickups with timeliness and accuracy.
• Support services like FedEx, Western Union, and other offerings; ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain photo equipment and store systems; troubleshoot issues to deliver quality results.
• Keep the photo department clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised; support merchandising and seasonal setups.
• Cross-train store team members to ensure coverage during Photo Specialist absences.
• Follow company asset protection standards and safety procedures; collaborate with team to meet business goals.
