Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Photo Process Technician to support manufacturing and system operations, calibration, data collection, and in-line adjustments for memory chips and logic devices. You will work with engineers and manufacturing, following SOPs and contributing to process improvement while ensuring safety and environmental guidelines are met.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification or 4 years equivalent technical military service.
• 2+ years of prior work experience.
• Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation.
• Familiar with TPM concepts.
• Lithography experience.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and evaluating operating data to in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes.
• Determining and assisting in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Following standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/processes/systems are running effectively.
• Troubleshooting: conduct failure analysis and follow scripts to troubleshoot future failures.
• Monitor equipment/process state and identify improvements.
