Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for transactions at the photo counter. You will own the photo department’s inventory and operations, promote products, process transactions, and assist with FedEx/Western Union and web orders.

Collaborate with the team to keep the store clean, safe, and merchandised while meeting business goals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose and identifies customer needs.
• Delivers courteous, efficient service in the photo department and promotes photo products.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with cash handling.
• Owns inventory, supplies, and operational readiness of the photo department and monitors forecasted demand.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with timeliness and accuracy.
• Provides customer support for services like FedEx, Western Union, and other offerings while following policies.
