Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience by providing expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for transactions, including FedEx and Western Union. You’ll own the photo department’s inventory and ensure product availability while promoting photo products and services.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, accurate service in the photo department and promote photo products and services.
• Recommend products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Process customer transactions including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks with cash handling.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department.
• Process and fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Provide customer support for services including FedEx and Western Union.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised photo department.
• Assist merchandising and cross-training of team members as needed.
• Follow policies to ensure a safe, compliant environment.
