Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Department role to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for order fulfillment. You will own photo department inventory, maintain supplies, monitor levels, and ensure product availability while promoting photo offerings and assisting customers at checkout.

You will handle transactions, support merchandising, and collaborate with teammates to keep a clean, safe, and customer‑focused environment

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the photo counter with warmth and identify needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Maintain photo department inventory and arrange supplies to ensure product availability.
• Promote photo products and services, assist at checkout, and support merchandising initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑merchandised photo area and collaborate with team members.
