Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service at the photo counter.
• Promotes photo products and services to drive sales.
• Processes transactions, returns, refunds, and exchanges with cash handling.
• Manages photo department inventory and supplies to ensure product availability.
• Supports ordering, pickup fulfillment, and customer service across services (FedEx, Western Union, online orders).
• Maintains a clean, safe, and well-merchandised photo department.
• Coordinates with team for merchandising, training, and cross-department collaboration.
