Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer service transactions, including FedEx, Western Union, and online order fulfillment.

Owns the inventory, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by maintaining supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring product and service availability to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, greeting and offering assistance.
• Models customer-obsessed behaviors to deliver a distinctive experience and resolve issues.
• Delivers courteous and accurate service, promotes photo products and services, and processes transactions.
• Owns inventory, supplies, and organization of the photo department, monitoring levels and ensuring availability.
• Fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Provides support for FedEx, Western Union, and other services while following policies.
• Maintains equipment and store systems to support daily operations and troubleshoot as needed.
• Keeps the photo department clean, organized, and well-merchandised, contributing to store appearance.
• Supports cross-training and merchandising initiatives across departments.
