Position Overview

As a Maintenance and Construction Support Specialist, you will assist field technicians by providing expert advice and guidance on various projects. Your role involves helping complete work orders and resolving technical issues in the field. This position is ideal for experienced tradespeople transitioning out of hands-on work but wanting to utilize their expertise remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide daily technical assistance, guide project requirements, troubleshoot issues in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC/R, and roofing.
• Project Guidance & Troubleshooting: Offer expert advice, ensure efficient project completion, help overcome technical obstacles.
