PARR is a leading homebuilding supplier, seeking a Phone Salesperson to assist customers in residential and commercial projects. You will handle orders, estimates, and inquiries, while maintaining professional relations with customers and colleagues.

The role reports to the Phone Sales Supervisor and requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or building materials industry preferred.
• Must communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
• Ability to operate PC, smartphone, scanner, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist callers with all aspects of the sales process for residential, commercial, and re-model construction.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and questions; process estimates and orders.
• Maintain inventory and paperwork accuracy; support the Inventory Specialist.
