PARR, a leading homebuilding supplies provider, seeks a Phone Salesperson to assist callers in residential and commercial projects. You’ll interact with customers over the phone, process estimates, and support inventory and orders while upholding Legendary Service.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate communication, product knowledge, and teamwork in a busy office environment. You will report to the Phone Sales Supervisor and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Sales or building materials experience preferred.
• Must type 40+ WPM.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting sales and profit goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and processing estimates/orders.
• Maintain orderly work area and ensure proper paperwork.
• Support Inventory Specialist in stock levels and ordering.
