Job summary

PARR is a total source for homebuilding supplies, solutions, and services. The Counter Salesperson greets customers, answers questions, processes orders, and assists with inventory and merchandising.

You will work at our Salem, Oregon locations, interacting with customers and teammates, handling basic quotes, and supporting delivery coordination while maintaining our high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to type 30+ WPM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to operate POS system and basic computer equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter and by phone with sales inquiries.
• Stock inventory and merchandise store displays.
• Process orders, estimates, and basic quotes for customers.
• Enter orders in ERP and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
