Delta Homecare is seeking a Staffing Assistant to support scheduling, communication, and operations for our caregiving team in Newnan, GA. The role offers hands-on training and a path to a Staffing Coordinator position based on performance.

You'll coordinate shifts, speak with caregivers, clients, families, and case managers, and help with recruiting and onboarding while maintaining accurate time records and timely care delivery.

• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling software).
• No prior home care experience required - training provided.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to fulfill all approved client hours.
• Communicate daily with caregivers in the field, clients, families, and case managers.
• Handle urgent scheduling needs and resolve last-minute changes quickly.
• Calmly and professionally de-escalate situations with upset or frustrated clients/families.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring caregivers.
• Support the Staffing Supervisor with paperwork, onboarding, and new hire orientations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Utilize scheduling software to ensure caregivers are clocking in and out correctly; follow up on time records to prevent and detect potential fraud.
