Remedi SeniorCare in Troy, OH is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Operations Technician to ensure timely medication delivery to long‑term care facilities. You will operate Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment, set up packaging lots, and stage items for shipment to our valued customers.

This role requires maintaining clean work areas, replenishing supplies, responding to equipment faults, and collaborating with the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required, along with a solid grasp of medical terminology, math, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Join our team as an experienced Fulfillment Operations Technician , ensuring seamless medication delivery to long‑term care facilities. Our Fulfillment Operations Technician responsibilities will include operating our cutting‑edge Paxit automated Packaging and Dispensing equipment, fulfilling Bulk Prescriptions, and staging finished items for shipment to our valued customers. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support various areas within the pharmacy operations as needed.

Location : Onsite at our closed‑door pharmacy 962 South Dorset Road Troy, OH 45373

Compensation: starts at $15/ hr + $2/ hr shift differential

After a brief training period, team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $1.50/ hr by learning and taking on new responsibilities.

Schedule : 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday - Friday, rotating holidays and weekends

Report to: Fulfillment Operations Technician Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• The ability to adhere to Remedi 's Code of Conduct, follow Remedi Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
