Lead Employee Relations Specialist - HR Operations

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to provide an advanced level of employee relations/labor relations counsel and guidance to managers and employees, to include the areas of performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, compliance, policy and procedure development and implementation, and other issues. Requires advanced knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations and organizational policies and procedures to reduce legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Bachelors Degree plus three (3) years of related experience.
