Job summary

Rapid Medical is seeking a contractor for logistics and delivery across labs, clinics, and health systems in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves daily routes, app-based dispatch, and handling specimens with proper temperature control.

You’ll be paid a flat rate of $75 per day with a $150 sign-on bonus after 30 active days, plus a $75 training bonus after 30 days with no call-offs. Expect flexible, contractor work with bi-weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Personal vehicle (2016+ preferred) with valid license and active insurance.
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data.
• Able to lift up to 25lbs.
• 21+ years old.
• Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Run your stops using driver app with navigation, scheduling, and real-time support.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app.
• Handle specimens carefully and maintain proper temperature (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required).
• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off.

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Training bonus: $75 paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.
