Rapid Medical is seeking independent contractors for the Phoenix to Blythe route. You will operate using our driver app, manage stops, photograph pickups and log proof of delivery, ensuring proper temperature control for specimens.

Start is 6:00 PM on Sundays, with a 2432 W Peoria Ave starting point in Phoenix. Required: valid driver's license, personal vehicle, active insurance, reliable MVR, a smartphone, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and 21+ years old.

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
  
• Weekly bonus: $20–$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.

What the Route Looks Like

• Run your stops using our driver app — navigation, scheduling, and real-time support built in
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app
• Handle specimens carefully and keep proper temperature (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required)
• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off

What You'll Need

• Personal vehicle (2016+ preferred), valid license, active insurance, satisfactory driving record (MVR)
• Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• 21+ years old
