Job summary

Tier1usa in Tempe, AZ is seeking independent contractor drivers for a route-based delivery role across labs, clinics, and health systems. The position is freelancer/contract work with a $120/day base pay, plus a weekly bonus and sign-on and training bonuses.

You’ll use our driver app to manage stops, photograph pickups, log proof of delivery, and ensure proper temperature control for specimens. Start time evenings, 6:32 PM, and routes run M–F with flexible start times.

Qualifications

• Personal vehicle (prefer 2016+), valid license, active insurance, satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• 21+ years old; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; smartphone with data.
• Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run stops using the driver app; manage navigation and scheduling.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery in the app.
• Handle specimens carefully; maintain required temperatures (room, refrigerated, or frozen).
• Notify dispatch immediately for any damage or issues.

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
  
• Weekly bonus: $20–$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.

What the Route Looks Like
