Rapid Medical is seeking an independent contractor driver to support last-mile logistics for labs, clinics, and health systems. This role involves handling deliveries, logging proof of delivery, and maintaining proper specimen temperatures as required.

Start time and route details vary; you will use our driver app for navigation, scheduling, and real-time dispatch support while ensuring safety, timely communication, and compliance with background checks and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Personal vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Smartphone with data plan (iOS/Android).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• 21+ years old.
• Delivery/courier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run deliveries and log stops via driver app.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery.
• Handle specimens with correct temperature (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required).
• Coordinate with dispatch for any issues.

Total Miles:156

Rate: $200

Weekly bonus opportunity: $20-$100

Sign-On Bonus:$150

Days: SAT

Start Time: 9:30 PM

Start location:2432 W Peoria Ave, Phoenix, AZ, 85029

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
  
• Weekly bonus: $20–$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.

What the Route Looks Like

• Run your stops using our driver app — navigation, scheduling, and real-time support built in
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app
• Handle specimens carefully and keep proper temperature (room, refrigerated, or frozen as required)
• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off
