Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, QC, drawings/specs adherence, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule, escalate delays to Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Capture progress photos and label them for progress tracking.
• Contribute to Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design drawings revisions are used.
• Assist Project Construction Manager as needed; support key trades/subcontractors.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
• Communicate project issues clearly to management and clients.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent + 9 years of construction/field operations experience

Associate degree + 6 years of construction/field operations experience

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
