Qualifications

Outgoing, customer-focused and goal-driven.
Excellent needs-based conversation skills to identify client needs.
Clear, professional communication; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Prior sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Proactively contact and engage prospective clients to generate new business.
Conduct needs-based conversations to understand client situations and recommend appropriate coverage.
Quote, present, and close insurance policies across multiple lines of business.
Build and maintain strong relationships for long-term client retention and referrals.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize opportunities.
Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.
