You’ll connect with potential clients via phone, email, and in person to quote auto, home, condo, and renters insurance, using fresh leads provided by the agency to build your book of business and meet monthly production goals

What You’ll Do

Connect with potential clients by phone, email, and in person to offer auto, home, condo, and renters insurance.

Use provided leads (fresh, daily, and paid for by the agency) to build the book of business.

Provide personalized quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales.

Follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Meet or exceed monthly production goals.

What We Offer

Base salary + uncapped commissions (average first-year income: $35,000–$75,000; top performers $100,000+).
