Responsibilities

• Sales Growth and Merchandising: Identify opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and improve productivity while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Creative Display Management: Assist with installation and maintenance of creative displays aligned with branding initiatives and in-store disruption.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Interact with store personnel and consumers to provide in-depth product knowledge and insights.
• Program Execution: Execute sales programs, ensure customer compliance, and achieve maximum brand potential.
• Collaboration: Work with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and Advanced Hydration Field team to execute plans and manage inventory.
• Customer Insights: Gather and report customer needs and competitive activities for improvements.
