Job summary

Booster Enterprises Inc. seeks a Program Specialist to be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, delivering engaging character-based experiences and helping schools reach fundraising goals.

This on-site role requires a licensed driver, ability to lift up to 45 lbs, and full-day availability (7:00am–4:00pm). Expect an energetic team culture with travel opportunities and ongoing development.

The Program Specialist will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, helping schools reach fundraising goals, delivering engaging student experiences, and creating a positive impact.

• Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
