Job summary

Booster Enterprises Inc is seeking a dedicated Program Specialist to lead the Boosterthon program in elementary schools across the United States. In this role, you will teach students and help them achieve their fundraising goals while creating a positive community impact.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a growth mindset. Candidates must be licensed drivers with reliable transportation and be available full-day on workdays. Join us for a rewarding experience!

Program Specialist

As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities.

Responsibilities

• Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators
• Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team

Compensation

$14–$15 per hour, non‑exempt (full‑time and part‑time options available).
