Job summary

Booster Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist to be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You will teach a character-based curriculum, set up and host the Fun Run fundraiser, and motivate students to raise funds for their school.

In this role you will engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators while modeling fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team. National travel may be required.

Program Specialist (Full‑time & Part‑time)

As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses.

Responsibilities

• Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
• Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team.

Additional Requirements

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
• Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.
