Job summary

Booster Enterprises Inc. seeks a Program Specialist to serve as the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. The role is available in full-time and part-time capacities and is suited for early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience.

You will teach character-based curricula to young students, help set up the Boosterthon Fun Run, and engage with teachers, parents, and administrators to drive student participation and fundraising outcomes.

Program Specialist Role

The Program Specialist will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. This role is available in full-time and part-time capacities and is suitable for early-career professionals seeking hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
• Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team.

Additional Requirements

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Pass Booster’s background and motor‑vehicle check.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
• Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.

Compensation

$13–$15 per hour, non‑exempt.
