Program Specialist

You’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is suitable for early-career individuals.

Responsibilities

• Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
• Model Fitness, Leadership, and Character as part of a team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.

Compensation

$14–$16 per hour, non‑exempt.
