Job summary
Ultimate Staffing Services in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Safety Professional to support ongoing safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a strong safety culture in a fast-paced operation.
On-site duties include conducting daily safety inspections, leading toolbox talks, coordinating training, investigating incidents, and maintaining safety records while partnering with site leadership to reinforce safe work practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of safety experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Experience conducting safety audits and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- OSHA 30 certification required (or equivalent).
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily safety inspections and jobsite audits.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training sessions.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and recommendations.
- Maintain safety documentation and compliance records.
- Partner with site leadership to reinforce safe work practices.
- Monitor proper PPE usage and adherence to safety protocols.
