Responsibilities

• Monitor and actively manage a caseload (up to 300 cases) of dependent DCS youth receiving federal Social Security, Veterans, or Railroad retirement benefits.
• Ensure full compliance with Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S. 8-468) and all federal benefit program guidelines.
• Track and process benefits for approximately 900 youth currently receiving federal benefits.
• Complete all required documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members for seamless case management.
• May transition to hybrid schedule after initial onsite period.
