Job summary

Gould Intelligent, an Arizona company, is seeking 15 Benefit Specialists for a contract-to-hire role in downtown Phoenix. The position is onsite, Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm, with pay of $18 to $18.50 per hour.

You will review applications to determine eligibility for programs and explain rules clearly to applicants to obtain necessary information for qualification determinations. Required: 2+ years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Job description

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking 15 Benefit Specialists for a contract to hire position in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Work will be onsite, Mon – Fri, 8 am to 5 pm. Pay is $18 – 18.50/hr.

Candidates will be reviewing applications and determining the eligibility of applicants for programs. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with applicants to address concerns and determine resolutions. Must be able to explain rules and policies clearly and be able to solicit information to make qualification determinations.

Candidates must have 2+ years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. Must have reliable transportation as travel may be required to other offices within Phoenix. Preferred candidates will have experience with either eligibility reviews or insurance adjudication.

Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix metro area, be able to start on October 5, 2026 for training, and be able to pass relevant background check.
