Job summary

S.R. International Inc. is seeking a Post-Eligibility Specialist in Flagstaff, AZ to monitor and actively manage a caseload of dependent youth with federal benefits.

In this onsite role (hybrid potential), you will ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, coordinate with a team, and maintain meticulous documentation for each case. Applicants should be detail-oriented, able to work collaboratively, and comfortable handling sensitive information within a government-related benefits

Job Description:

The Post-Eligibility Specialist is responsible for monitoring and actively managing a caseload of dependent DCS youth who are receiving federal Social Security Benefits and/or Veterans or Railroad retirement benefits.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S. 8-468) as well as all federal benefit program guidelines. Currently the Department has approximately 900 individual youth at any given time who have active federal benefits. Estimated caseload size could be as high as 300 individual cases per Specialist.

Position is Onsite but has the potential of going Hybrid.
