Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Phoenix Operation and align with company goals and standards.
• Develop and execute business plans to improve daily performance and growth.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced courier environment.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and coverage to meet customer needs.
• Focus on safety, compliance, service quality, and reliability.
• Recruit, coach, and develop employees in partnership with HR.
• Build a high‑performance team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide clear direction and hold teams accountable for results.
• Partner on P&L management and financial performance.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and identify profitability improvements.
• Use data to drive decisions and results.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure SLAs are met.

• Be a hands‑on leader when needed and assist with deliveries as required.
