Qualifications

• 4 years of related work experience required.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience in the less-than-truckload (LTL) industry.
• Experience with hazmat, OSHA and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective delivery service for customers.
• Oversee complete daily operations of the service center.
• Manage revenue, profit and cost controls.
• Ensure proper staffing and personnel utilization.
• Mentor and manage all facility personnel.
