512Financial is expanding its Phoenix field team and seeks a Leasing Agent to manage homes from post-construction through move-in. You will own conditions, drive a fast leasing pipeline, and ensure excellent resident experiences across marketing, showings, and closings.

You bring an AZ real estate license, 2+ years in property PM sales/marketing, and strong communication. A company vehicle is provided; standard hours are Mon–Fri with travel to properties in the region.

Qualifikationen

• Active Arizona real estate license is required.
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience in property management.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and prospect/resident management systems.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.

Aufgaben

• Own the home from finish through move-in, including inspections and quality checks.
• Manage marketing and photos, ensure show-ready conditions.
• Maintain the leasing pipeline and track maintenance needs.
• Daily prospect follow-ups via text, phone, and email; guide portal onboarding.
• Coordinate showings, MLS posting, and listing statuses; ensure compliance.
• Close leases within required timelines and conduct move-in orientations.
• Keep up with licensing, continuing education, and MLS membership.
