Job summary

SKC is seeking an Event Production & Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of a high-profile dinner reception in Phoenix celebrating a new international partnership. You will help track details and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks while the event moves forward.

Based in greater Phoenix, AZ, you will work on-site for meetings and the May 1 event, coordinating vendors and logistics, and assisting with marketing assets and guest materials.

Qualifications

• Based in greater Phoenix, AZ; able to be on-site for meetings and event day
• Must be available April 30 & May 1 (all day) - non-negotiable
• 2 years in event coordination, experiential marketing, or production support
• Strong organization and follow-through; you like lists and structure
• Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Clear, professional communicator and highly reliable

Responsibilities

• Support event leads with planning and execution through May 1
• Coordinate with vendors (AV, staging, décor, catering, photo/video, staffing) as directed
• Help finalize and organize run-of-show, call sheets, floor plans, and seating
• Assist with marketing and event assets (signage, branding, printed materials, slides)
• Support guest/VIP logistics (lists, confirmations, check-in materials, name badges)
• Provide on-site help for walk-throughs, rehearsals, and event day (signage checks, vendor liaison, errands, troubleshooting)
