Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership within electrical construction industry.
• Strong business development and sales capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, and industry partners.
• Strong financial and business acumen with ability to manage a P&L.
• Excellent understanding of electrical construction operations, estimating, contracts, project financials, labor, and project delivery.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead through strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with ownership, clients, field personnel, and project teams.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Phoenix electrical division and its financial performance.
• Manage revenue, profitability, backlog, labor productivity, and overall operational performance.
• Maintain accountability for the division's P&L and financial results.
• Lead operations, project management, estimating, preconstruction, and field execution.
• Oversee turnkey and design-build electrical projects from initial opportunity through completion.
• Lead business development efforts and sales activities for the Phoenix market.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major general contractors, developers, owners, and industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the division's market presence.
• Manage key customer relationships and serve as a senior representative of the organization.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing electrical team.
• Establish scalable processes, accountability measures, and operational standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Oversee estimating and preconstruction activities to support profitable growth.
• Maintain responsibility for Arizona electrical licensing and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project financials, labor performance, productivity, and overall operational results.
• Partner with ownership and executive leadership on strategic planning, market development, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Establish and maintain a strong presence within the Phoenix and broader Arizona construction market.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
