This Is the Person We Want

We are not looking for someone who simply holds an executive-level title. We want someone who has actually run the business.

The ideal candidate understands the electrical trade and the business behind it. They can win the work, manage the numbers, lead the operation, build the team, develop client relationships, and grow the Phoenix market.

This person should be comfortable being accountable for both the strategic direction and financial performance of the division, while also understanding the operational details required to successfully deliver complex electrical construction projects.

Small-shop experience alone will not meet the requirements. Candidates should have meaningful experience leading a large electrical contracting operation, division, or market with significant financial and operational responsibility.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include activities associated with both general office and construction environments. The position may require sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing for extended periods of time, as well as using hands to write, type, handle, or operate tools and equipment.

The position may also require the ability to visit and navigate active construction sites, including walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting as necessary to perform job duties.
