Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is assisting a growing, employee‑owned engineering firm expanding into the Phoenix market to support semiconductor work. The Senior Electrical Engineer will establish the new Phoenix office and lead its electrical practice.

You will design power distribution for industrial facilities, mentor staff, and collaborate with other offices to staff and deliver projects as the office grows. AZ PE license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical), with Arizona registration or the ability to obtain it.
• Experience leading electrical design for industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, or other process-driven facilities.
• Desire to learn and grow along with the new office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local point of contact for clients in the region.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and designers as the office grows.
• Work with the firm's other offices to staff and deliver projects.
• Design power distribution for industrial facilities, including low- and medium-voltage distribution, motor controls, lighting, standby generation, and fire alarm.
• Lead electrical design from basis of design through construction documents and startup.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, and controls engineers on integrated facility designs.
