Match-Made-Tech is partnering with a national law firm to hire a Commercial Litigation Associate in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on sophisticated disputes across technology, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, and supply-chain sectors, offering direct client exposure and ongoing courtroom experience.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience, active Arizona Bar admission (or commitment to obtain) and strong discovery, deposition, and motion practice skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong discovery, deposition, and motion practice experience.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong professional judgment and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters.
• Proactive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct factual investigations and manage discovery.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and substantive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and argue motions.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Handle state and federal court matters; support arbitrations and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients and contribute to litigation strategy.
