A well-established national AmLaw firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Phoenix office. This opportunity comes as an expanding litigation team continues to build its presence following a significant strategic investment in the practice. The group is seeking an attorney interested in developing a long-term practice handling sophisticated commercial disputes and insurance coverage litigation.

The practice represents institutional clients in complex litigation, arbitration, and coverage disputes, with matters spanning commercial litigation, insurance coverage, consumer protection, regulatory issues, and class actions. While prior insurance coverage or class action experience is beneficial, the team is open to attorneys with a strong commercial litigation foundation who are interested in developing expertise in these areas.
